Mini Vegan Chocolate Mud Doughnuts

A great treat when you want to impress!
Gluten free/ dairy free
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians


Makes 28/30 mini doughnuts


  1. Prepare as directed on pack using allergen free egg replacer.
  2. Prepare mini doughnut moulds by greasing.
  3. Then spoon into moulds and bake in oven for 15 – 20 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius or 160 degrees Celsius (fan forced)
  4. Cool and ice with allergen free coconut butter plus your favourite sprinkles.
  5. (If too solid, melt coconut butter a little to make it more spreadable)
