Mini Vegan Chocolate Mud Doughnuts
A great treat when you want to impress!
Gluten free/ dairy free
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians
Makes 28/30 mini doughnuts
- 1 packet of Naturally Good Deliciously Free Moist Chocolate Mud Cake Mix.
- Coconut Butter
- Sprinkles- freeze dried strawberries or freeze dried raspberries
- Prepare as directed on pack using allergen free egg replacer.
- Prepare mini doughnut moulds by greasing.
- Then spoon into moulds and bake in oven for 15 – 20 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius or 160 degrees Celsius (fan forced)
- Cool and ice with allergen free coconut butter plus your favourite sprinkles.
- (If too solid, melt coconut butter a little to make it more spreadable)
