
Dairy Free Butter Cream
Makes enough for 12 standard cup cakes
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup dairy free margarine
- 1 3/4 Icing sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 Tablespoon Vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon of dairy free milk alternative
METHOD
- Place dairy free margarine, 1 1/4 cup icing sugar, salt and vanilla into a bowl.
- Mix with an electric mixer and scrap down with a spatula
- Combine dairy free milk alternative with remaining icing sugar.
- Mix until well combined.
