Chocolate Brownie Bites
Enjoy these delicious brownie bites with friends and family. With a moist velvety centre, these treats are sure to please.(Gluten free, dairy free and nut free). And of course, versatile enough to eat now or freeze for later.
- 2 x packets of Naturally Good Deliciously Free Moist Chocolate Mud Cake Mix
- 4 eggs
- 3 tlbsp golden syrup
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of oil
Preheat oven to 175° Celsius or 160° Celsius fan forced.
Line an oblong cake pan (335 x230x45mm) with baking paper, allowing sides to overlap tray.
(This will make it easier to lift slab from tray after baking.)
Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.
Pour into baking tray and bake between 40-45 minutes.
FREEZE READY PREPARATION
Set aside tray to cool for 3 hours. (This will help brownies to set.) Once cooled, you can remove brownie slab from the tray. Using a very sharp knife cut into bites. Then place in an airtight container and store up to 2 months in the freezer.
Let them thaw at room temperature
