Yeast Free
All Naturally Good products are yeast free. Kasha Buckwheat Crisp bread 97% fat free is particularly helpful to people who suffer from Candida and must eliminate yeast and sugar from their diet.
High Fibre (Hi-maize)
Fibre is important for the promotion of a healthy bowel and digestive system. Naturally Good adds Hi-Maize, a resistant starch to all its cookie range, including the D'Lush range of indulgent double choc biscuits.
Low Salt (No Added Salt)
Naturally Good's cookie range is low in salt.This is particularly helpful to those people who are trying to reduce their salt intake, but would like a tasty treat as part of their lifestyle. Baked goods can often carry substantial amounts of hidden salt found in baking powder. Our cookies are baking powder free. Naturally Good's cookies do not compromise on taste. Carob(No Added Cane Sugar)/Soy Carob
Carob is an alternative to chocolate, particularly for people wanting to reduce refined sugars and stimulants such as caffeine.
Unlike cocoa in chocolate, that is naturally bitter and requires sugar, carob is naturally sweeter and is a delicious alternative.
Using only the best available GMO free carob powder, Naturally Good's range of gluten free carob coated products such as our Carob coated Rice Cakes, Rice Cake Bites, Carob Buckwheat Crispbread and Buckwheat Crispbread Bites all contain No Added Sugar and are smooth and creamy in texture.
For those who wish to include more soy in their diet, Soy Carob coated cookies are a great choice.
Fructose Malabsorption / No Added Fructose
Fructose malabsorption is the inability to digest fructose. Fructose is found in many foods and beverages and can cause bloating and cramping to those susceptible to fructose. Individuals who have fructose malabsorption are recommended to avoid fructose containing foods and beverages, in particular foods that contain wheat and selected fruits and vegetables.
Low in Amines/ Low in Salicylate
