Chocolate Brownie Bites

METHODPreheat oven to 175° Celsius or 160° Celsius fan forced. Line an oblong cake pan (335 x230x45mm) with baking paper, allowing sides to overlap tray. Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix with a wooden spoon. Pour into baking tray and bake between 40-45 minutes. FREEZE READY PREPARATIONTo Freeze:Set aside tray to cool for 3 hours. (This will help brownies to set.) Once cooled, you can remove brownie slab from the tray. Using a very sharp knife cut into bites. Then place in an airtight container and store up to 2 months in the freezer. To Thaw:Let them thaw at room temperature |
