A delicious crumble made with golden Ginger Gem cookies and luscious apples and raspberries.
Truly heart warming!
(Gluten free, dairy free, lactose free,
casein free, egg free, yeast free and
suitable for Vegetarians /Vegans)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 x 200g pack of Naturally Good
Bakehouse Cookies - Ginger Gem
- 6 x medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and chopped into
chunks
- 150g frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 3tbs brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

METHOD
Preheat oven to 175°C or 160°C (fan forced). Lightly grease a 20cm round oven proof dish.
Peel, core and chop apples into chunks and place into a saucepan.
Then add, water, brown sugar , cinnamon and stir. Cook until apples are just tender, but still hold their shape.
Then add raspberries to apple mix and cook gently for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and spoon into ovenproof dish.
TOPPING
For the topping crush Ginger Gem
cookies, using a food processor.
Spoon crumbs generously over the
fruit mixture and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until crumble is a rich golden colour.
Serve with cream/ ice cream or dairy free custard, ice cream or yoghurt
